We believe that the Bible is the Word of God written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, infallible in its teachings and that it has supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)

The Trinity
We believe that there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons, that these are equal in every divine perfection, and that they execute distinct but harmonious offices in the work of creation, providence, and redemption. (Mark 1:10-11; Matthew 28:19; Romans 5:5-6)
-
God the father
We believe in God, the Father, an infinite, sovereign, personal spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power and love. We believe that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of each person that He hears and answers prayer, and the He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ. (Genesis 1; Psalm 36:5-9; Matthew 18:10-14, John 3:16)
-
Jesus christ
We believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, was true God and true man, existing in one person and without sin; and we believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, in the ascension into heaven, and in his present life there for us as Lord of all, High Priest, and Advocate. (Matthew 1:20-25; Hebrews 4:15-16; I Corinthians 15:3-9: Hebrews 7:24-25)
-
Holy spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit who came forth from the Father and Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and to regenerate, sanctify, and empower all who believe in Jesus Christ. We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Christ, and that He is an abiding helper, teacher, and guide. (John 16:7-15; Galatians 5:22-25)
-
redemption
We believe that all people are sinners by nature and by choice and are,
therefore, under condemnation. We believe that those who repent of their sins
and trust in Jesus Christ as Savior are redeemed by His Grace and regenerated by
the Holy Spirit. (Romans 3:10-12, 23; Romans 5:12-21; Ephesians 2:8-10 we are
saved by grace through faith; James 4:17)
-
the church
We believe in the universal church, a living spiritual body of which Christ is the head, and all regenerated persons are members. We believe in the local church, consisting of a company of believers in Jesus Christ, associated for worship, work and fellowship. We believe that God has laid upon the members of the local church the primary task of sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with a lost world. (Ephesians 4:4-6; Acts 2:42-47; 1:8)
-
sacraments
We believe that the Bible teaches us to observe two sacraments: Baptism and The Lord’s Supper. These are observed as acts of obedience to Christ but not as a means for salvation. (Matthew 28:19; I Corinthians 11:20-34)
-
Christian conduct
We believe that Christians should live for the glory of God and the well-being of others; that their conduct should be Christ-like before the world; that they should be faithful stewards of all that God has committed to them as a trust; and that they should seek to realize for themselves and others the full stature of maturity in Christ. (I Peter 3:8-12; Hebrews 5:11–6:3)
-
Leaders
We believe that all leaders (Pastor, staff and lay leaders) alike be committed to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, living according to the biblical standards of marriage (one man with one woman) or singleness with purity. And a life of obedience to Scripture in thought, word and deed. (Ephesians 5:1-32; I Corinthians 6:18-20)
-
The Last things
We believe in the personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ to earth and the establishment of His Kingdom. We believe in the resurrection of the body, the final judgment, and the eternal blessedness of the righteous and the eternal punishment of the wicked. (Matthew 8:12; Matthew 13:42, 50; Matthew 22:13; Matthew 24:51; Matthew 25:30; I Thessalonians 4:13-18; Revelation 20:10–21:8)
