Hey!  I’ve worked in the accounting field for over 30 years and it has given me a lot of experience to help New Life deal with the financial business of the church.   I know most people think balancing accounts and working with spreadsheets is the closest thing to being in purgatory but I love it!  I’m thankful to be able to serve the church in such a practical way.

I have been married to the love of my life, Danny Harvey, for almost 30 years.  Danny has been in ministry since we married – either as Pastor, Chaplain or Senior Companion.  He enjoys playing guitar in the praise band.  We have four daughters.  He currently works at Lexington Park Assisted Living and comes home with funny stories about the antics of his patients!

Molly is 27, lives in Winter Garden FL and works for Disney.  That is the perfect place for her because she loves Disney trivia and can help you find “hidden Mickey’s” almost anywhere on property.  Molly loves to read and teach others to read – so much so that she traveled to China to teach reading to Chinese students for a month.

Anna is 25 and works for a local pack & ship company.  She has been involved in ministry to teens across America through Teen Mania and is very involved in the ministry of 24/7 prayer.  She recently moved into the home my grandparents built in 1920 and is busy bringing it back to it's original luster.

Erin is 22 and married to Bradley Myer, a Leesburg native.  They live in Kansas City, Missouri where Bradley is a student at the International House of Prayer (Yes! They do call it IHOP).  Erin is a preschool teacher and has a heart for orphans.  She has gone on  missions trips to Honduras to work in orphanages and hopes to stay involved in that type of ministry.   She and Bradley will welcome their first child in late September.

Deanna is our newest member, being adopted in January, 2011.  She is a 10^th grader at Leesburg High School and will turn 18 in a short while.  She loves to sing, dance and do drama.  She has performed in a number of plays at the Melon Patch.  She is bubbly and friendly and we are happy to have her added to our family.

We have a dog named Jack and two cats – Funny Face and Mousy.

Some of my hobbies are reading, walking and I have recently gotten into couponing.  Funny how exciting it is to get a product for pennies rather than paying full price... but there is nothing better than receiving Salvation as a FREE gift!  I have loved the Lord since I was about 13.  I am so thankful for Christ and how He works in my life.  I want my whole life to be about serving and honoring Him!
